I’m a writer, editor and content strategist
with a passion for great content.
I’ve helped companies like HGTV, Paintzen and The University of Tennessee Medical Center build their revenues and readership through smart editorial planning, purposeful brand management and award-winning content.
In addition to my main focuses on shelter and food, I’ve written for industries as diverse as academia, real estate and the media. I was a co-founder of the Chattanooga Pulse alternative newsweekly, where I wrote restaurant reviews and hyperlocal food news.
Next to writing, editing or creating content strategy, my favorite thing is napping. Between naps, I’m renovating a 1950s cottage, hanging out on restaurant patios with my tiny poodle, or traveling to Italy — where my beau and I spend at least a month every year in his Victorian-era house on the Riviera. (Luckily, I can work there, too. The internet cafe serves LOTS of cappuccino.)
